Physics

As a Honors student in Physics, I am currently completing the full AP Physics program on Khan Academy as well as the demanding Physics course on Edgenuity. This full-year course focused on traditional concepts in physics and encourages the exploration of new discoveries in this field of science. It includes an overview of scientific principles and procedures that lead toward a clearer understanding of motion, energy, electricity, magnetism, and the laws that govern the physical universe.

The chapters were Motion, Force, Gravity, Work and Energy, Thermodynamics, Waves and Sound, Light, Electricity, Magnetism, Nuclear Physics, and Modern Physics.

I am very interested in Physics and these courses have provided me with the pre-requisite formal and rigorous training to properly understand the subject. It brought a lot of what I learnt through informal and hands-on methods into perspective and provided a framework for the scientific method. Through the Virtual lab, I was also able to better grasp complex theories and put them into application.
