Sports and outdoors

I have practiced Capoeira as well as indoor climbing in a popular gym named Arkose, and cycled with Velib in Paris. I have learned agility, grace, team spirit and confidence thanks to the Capoeira classes. The climbing has increased my muscle and joint strength and bettered my posture. The city cycling has given me a lot of autonomy, teaching me all about traffic rules and dangers on the road, improving my reflexes and reaction time.

I have also practiced badminton around three hours per week, in two different gyms close to my home. The sessions were non-competitive and focused on training and playing for fitness. The practice was supervised by a coach, which helps keep the sessions structured. I played with my dad, and sometimes with other partners, making the practice both regular and enjoyable. I have stayed physically active after moving and changing habits, kept good endurance and coordination and used sport as a way to stay balanced and reduce stress.
